Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, personalised items, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
